It has a round form/bust in the removable velvet insert to hold a necklace. The velvet insert can be removed so that it can be used as a jewelry storage case. It has a button clasp closure and comes with its fitted outer box. The presentation case measures approximately 7.4x9.4x2.4 inches. The outer box measures approximately 8x10x2.75 inches. This case only comes with Tiffany's higher end pieces and thus is only available when spending many thousands of dollars.
