This is an unaltered retired Tiffany beaded heart necklace. It’s suspended from an 18” unusually Heavy Tiffany Chain. This is an upgraded specialty chain from Tiffany. Very hard to find this one not engraved and in original condition. The heart is larger than a quarter and very hefty. A pleasure to wear.

kamble @guccibound I always polish Tiffany before being sent out unless the posher asks me not to. Of course you may always take it to any Tiffany store for service free of charge.
