100% authentic Tiffany & co. Retired/rare 925 Sterling silver etched lightning heart tag charm (size large) in excellent preloved condition. Comes in original Tiffany jewelry pouch. The charm has been recently polished and cleaned and shows no tarnishing and looks nice and shiny. Only sign of wear is some light scratching on either side of the heart that has mostly been buffed out, though may be visible up close or under certain lighting.
