Geometric clips earrings designed by Ralph Lauren for Tiffany Co. Very rare pair created in New York city by Ralph Lauren for the Tiffany Studios back in the 1977. These pieces has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Fitted with omega backs for fastening clips and the addition of posts for pierced ears can be easily done. Gemstones: Geometric horizontal inlaid pattern with elements carved from natural black jade and reddish brick color carnelian. Weight: 11.9 Grams, (7.62 Dwt). Measurements: 20 mm by 15 mm (0.79 x 0.59 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed, "TCO 18KT". Literature: Tiffany Blue Book, 1977-1978 Pp-43 for similar examples. Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box. Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent.
