Classy 18KWG Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti piece! This is the open heart necklace with brilliant pave diamonds throughout half the heart. There are 11 diamonds .23 tcw. They are VS2 - HI in quality/color. The heart measures 20mm in length and approximately 22mm wide. The pendant dangles off the vintage 18 in. Balestra 18KWG chain. The heart has the Hallmark Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti 750. As the chain is stamped with Balestra 750. Preowned but in excellent condition. Looks brand new! Comes with Tiffany pouch and box!
