Tie-waist, three quarter sleeve blouse

Beautiful bright red, almost coral, blouse with aqua, white, and navy stripe. It has 3/4 sleeves that are gathered but not elastic at the bottom. The tie is at the bottom front of the shirt, but it it's long enough to not show tummy. It's meant to be worn loose and is polyester and a bit see-through. The tag says small but it fits more like a medium. Bottom opening of sleeve measures 4.5" flat. Around the chest it's about 40",shoulders are cut narrower, 14" across laying flat. 24" long.
