Tiered striped halter sun dress

This dress would fit someone with smaller breasts. I am a 34C or 32D, and it feels too tight on my chest. But the back part is smocked, so it doesn’t feel too tight around my torso. Super cute, though. I wish I could keep it. I am 5’9”. Smoke free/dog friendly home
