this is a full length beautiful floral skirt. Multiple tiers for the vintage cottagecore look. I love it but it's too small on me now. nice and flowy. Lightweight and in excellent condition. just under 13" across waist, so I'd say 12.5" to be safe. a total of 43" long top to bottom not stretchy. A 26" waist may be able to fit this but it was snug on me then, so just FYI.
