Tie Tac “M” Initial Diamond and Yellow Gold Plated Vintage

Vintage from my parent’s estate. This letter M initial pin for the lapel or tie is signed BALLOU REG’D. I believe it is gold plated and there is also the tiniest diamond to add a bit of pizzazz.
