It’s fully tested and working, with bright color, tight seams, and that signature Cookie Monster giggle that made the 1990s Tyco line legendary. The body is clean and well-shaped, fur remains vibrant blue, and the tag is intact and readable (© 1997 Tyco Preschool Toys Inc. / Jim Henson Productions Inc. #33069). Battery compartment is clean and the mechanism runs smoothly.
