Worn once - no issues. There are double buttons on the inside to allow give some flexibility with how tight to button the wrap. Armpit to armpit 19” Shoulder to shoulder 14” Shoulder to bottom 25” Shoulder to sleeve-end 17.25” Waist 30” max (can button it tighter by 1.5”) The waist, tie, and sleeve ends are black velvet along with the floral work. Great vintage-inspired blouse.
