Tibi Silk top L with collar detail, has spot

Super cute, navy blue in Tibi's lovely silk fabric. There's a light spot near the right armpit. Not sure what it is, but the shirt is fresh from the cleaners and it didn't come out. I think this top would still look nice under a jacket so here's your shot at a bargain! Zip neck and black 'belt' collar detail. Measurements as shown
