Tibi Cream Silk Blouse Size 4, GUC. Button down, no stains, etc. Really good condition, except for slight tears at sleeve near button closure (both sleeves), hence GUC. The tears could easily be fixed by a seamstress IMHO as along the seam line. Last two photos show the tears; please ask questions if not sure where, etc.
