Tibi Black and White Ombré Dot Dress

Black and white ombré dot patterned one shoulder dress. Size large. The fit is like the first picture. The rest of the pictures are the actual dress but are in an extra small mannequin and dress is size large so I found a pic of dress fitted properly. Dress is is new condition but tag cane off. Really nice because it can be worn high on hips or lower
