These Thule bags are in great condition. I have 2 of these exact same blue 27L ones available for purchase. They’ve been used only once on a trip. But since have been stored and never used after that. Only know flaws are just some very minor scuffs on the outside of the bags (both bags in same condition. But nothing significant and do not effect functionality at all). I bought these at REI and are seriously great quality bags that can be used for so many things. These 27L bags are not backpacks. They are duffle bags. You can purchase the straps to convert them into backpacks separately. But these do NOT come with straps with this purchase.
