NEVER BEEN USED. I love this highlight stick and have used one before. I have an extra and as much as I want to keep it (I really do not need it right now) hopefully someone will enjoy it. It works on makeup and looks amazing without makeup. It is meant to make the eyes and eyebrow arches appear more sharp and bright; however you can use this to highlight anywhere!! Beware this is not a super bright highlight. The highlight stick comes with a sharpener on the other end of the stick. #highlight
