The black bodice is decorated with skulls with colorful facial features. The top layer of the skirt is black with white polka dots and has a couple of layers of tulle in between a solid black fabric bottom layer. Waist is trimmed in a faux leather band and bow. Girth size is not adjustable but it does have a small section of elastic at the waistline to flex with the body.
