reneej90 @ashleelas09 Good morning. I believe it wont be easy for the person who alters this. It is not material that you can just cut and hem. There are holes in the weave that the alterer will have to deal with repairing after the cut. I truthfully dont know this for a fact. But it just seems reasonable.
