The last few photos show the manufacturer and date of production on the inside of the wheel. The light works as shown in the photos. There’s no sound. This one isn’t supposed to have sound. There’s no speaker and I checked others like it to make sure. The button works fine. Will not ship with a battery as per the USPS rules for lithium batteries.
