Includes all items from original set including boulder mountain, boulder, instructions and tracks needed to build the set except the TRAIN IS NOT INCLUDED. Tested with another motorized train and the set works as expected. If motorized train is used, coming from the left side, it will trigger the gate to close while the boulder falls and moves to the other side. From non-smoking home. Has a few minor marks on the boulder mountain from normal use.
