This top is HOT!!! Backless velvet with silver appliqué!

UK brand Jane Norman - size says “U” but I wouldn’t wear this past a size 2-4 and expect it to cover the ta-ta’s! Is slightly stretchy, very comfy, looks amazing with black or silver leggings. Needs a new home that will show it a good time!
