hislove4you @kelly32068 Oh my gosh Kelly prayers for you. Thank God I am feeling better. keto has worked wonders for alleviating MS symptoms and carbs/ sugars make MS worse. Can u try giving up processed carbs and sugar for a week, and see how you feel? EXAMPLE: instead of cereal for breakfast have bacon and eggs. Try to skip lunch, but if you can't, have tuna or chicken salad on thick sliced tomatoes, and a handful of nuts. you can have red meat and veggies for dinner.

kelly32068 @hislove4you funny you say that I have been Keto for 4 years 🤗💖 I don’t use any refined flours, sugars nothing all Keto 💖 I eat very little carbs daily so I think the fact I’ve been so healthy eating it has helped with my MS, my Dr loves all my Keto baked items and my daughter-in-law tries to get me to open a bakery lol 😂

I bake too, but I try not to eat 2much baked stuff because tho it's almond flr it's still 5 grams of carbs in 1/4 cup & coconut flour a little higher. I love Jennifer Banz baking recipes (low carb with Jennifer) and Carolyn Ketchum! adore Dr Berg, Dr Ekberg & Dr Mindy!

flashbackcloset @kelly32068 Ms. Kelly, I’m so sorry for no sharing for awhile. My husband has been sick since June 26th when we got back from Hawaii. I’m nursing him 24/7. After 10 days in and out to doctors office he was diagnosed with blood clot on his both legs and at the same time stacking him with his bi- polar episode( hyper right now)and yesterday because of me lack of sleep, exhausted my BP goes up. Prayers are only my strength right, Hope you understand. Thank you!
