hdiaz28 Hi, I received your comments regarding the green Ivanka dress and I apologize. No excuses though and I'd like to refund your purchase. I'm not sure if that feature functionality is available, so I've posed the question to poshmark. Also, feel free to open a case and state the item was not as described and I believe they will fully refund. Thanks and again, apologies for your disappointment.

gabgavmom28 @hdiaz28 thanks for reaching out to me. Unfortunately I have already released the payment to you so there is no way to get a refund or open a case. Also, I threw the dress in the washer as soon as I typed the comment and went to bed. In the future, please make sure all items are clean before deciding to post them or send them to a paying customer. I was extremely shocked to find the state of the dress.
