This is a skort (A skirt that has built-in shorts). It has only been worn once

This skort is blue, pink, and white. It says it is a medium but it fits more like a size small. The bottom layer is where the shorts are. It is quite colorful in person. It does have one little string hanging off of it and that’s it. -smoke free home
