This is a short velvet bolero jacket four buttons velvet covered buttons.

This is a short bolero velvet jacket with taffeta type material liner. Darts or sewn into the back of the lining only. No tag. This was given to me 20 years ago and I believe it is hand made. No rips no tears no bald spots no stains in excellent condition
