This gorgeous short sleeve dress takes you into summer, it has an elastic bodice and beautifully pleated skirt. Navy and white detailing on the skirt portion of the dress....I can only remember wearing this once. It is very light so might have to wear your favorite control garment underneath...(I did) smile!
