This black V neck blouse is from Modilly and 100%polyester. It is new and has never been worn. It does not have tags because it comes in a nice plastic bag. I consider this its tag. Size XXL and fits like a size 16. Bust is 42-43 inches, waist 34-35” and hips are 45-46”. Very cute and flows nicely.
