This NWT J. Crew (Factory) Seersucker Ruffleneck Mini Dress is made of 100% cotton. It is a lightweight dress in a khaki and white colored gingham print with 3/4 peasant/balloon sleeves and a peplum hem. It has pockets, a side zip, and an elastic, scoop/ruffle neckline with fabric adhesive on the shoulders to help hold in place (photo #9).
