Thirty One Black Tote Bag. Exterior is black. Interior is dark grey polyester. There are 8 open pockets and 2 zipper pockets in the interior. Externally there is one magnetic pocket on the back, one magnetic pocket on the front, two open pockets on the front, and one zipper pocket on the front. There are pockets on both sides of the bag. All zippers work properly. The straps are not adjustable. The purse can be used as a shoulder bag or a backpack. The bottom has a zipper pouch with the backpack straps. There are no rips or stains.
