Things remembered carpe diem clock

Things Remembered, Carpe Diem Clock. Looks like a paperweight to me very pretty. The front says your time is now carpe diem. Does not seem to be functioning , no clue honestly on how it would work. The back is engraved congratulations new Silver’s, Sam and Marina July 2010. It is spirit Drive and dedication like yours that makes your dreams come true. Very neat piece.
