Thin and flowy skirt

Super cute black w/ polkadots. It's 2 layers. The 1st is sheer & 2nd is black lining @ top & sheer ruffle @ bottom so it's not see-through. 100% polyester. Approx. 21 inches long from waist to bottom hem. Great condition. If you look in the 2nd picture you can see there is a little fraying in that one spot and a belt loop. There is a belt loop on each side, belt not included. 1 defect on the back you can't really see. 3rd pic is the back & 4th pic is defect. It's like a thread got pulled.
