Thigh High Black Boots with heel

I bought these previously on here however i feel like they are a tad bit tight and uncomfortable for me. the heel is a good 4inches. they are over the knee w lace on the back. it is a 9. but its a UK 7 and a EU 40 (7/40 size on the bottom) so i think that may be why its a little tight for me. i wore them once. the bottoms aren’t dirty. they honestly look new!
