These are a size 40 or 9 in the United States Lulu Hun heels

I only wore these velvet heels once. They are comfortable size 7 European and 9 in the U.S. blue velvet with silver accents. They have a Velcro closure on the side with star buckles. There is a little bit of plastic remaining over the logo on the bottom of the shoes but didn’t want to mess with removing it. 💙
