Theory velvet deep wine burgundy key hole blouse damaged

Please note the damage on this top as seen in photos and video. (Specifically across back) It looks like the velvet may have been crushed? Or maybe possibly ironed? This would look great layered under some thing. It’s such a beautiful top and I hope somebody can rework it or just make it work by layering. super rich, deep burgundy color. Price reflects damage B16
