Are these fully lined? May I also ask for the waist measurement pls? My daughter is a 0/00 and I bought a pair of Lilly shortsw/out asking. (She has worn the dresses fine, and I checked the beand’s size chart since it was a current style. Turned out the shorts had a 30in. waist even though they were a 0! I am used to 30 being a 10.
