Theory Natural Classic Suede Ilayda Pants Size 6 Suede Theory pants in a sophisticated, wide-leg profile. Slant hip pockets and welt back pockets. Slide and button closures and zip fly. Unlined. Fabric: Lightweight suede. Shell: 100% pigskin. Lining: 94% polyester/6% polyurethane. Condition: These do have some wear at hems. Most of it is at the fold or on the underside of the hem which no one would see. There are some green stains mostly visible on the underside. I am assuming these are grass stains. They do have a 32" inseam so there is plenty of room to alter them. There are some light dirt marks that are on the outside near the bottom by the hem. These are harder to notice as they blend in with the suede. See photos. Again, if you hemmed to these to say 28" you would loose any of the area that has any dirt marks. There is also one very small pin prick size spot on the back. See photo. The belt loops are all intact and function just fine. The leather has separated from the backing on some.(see photo) They work just fine as is but you could have someone at a leather shop reglue them to the backing.
