heidibschneider @yvonnenguyen_ The inseam: 24.5 inches...I'm sorry but no fabric just a wash tag...they feel like cotton with a little spandex maybe 95% cotton 5% spandex...hope that helps ...they are like sweats in comfort and feel but much more put together...
