Theory White Lucetta Blouse

White short sleeves blouse by Theory. Formal and lovely at the same time. I'm reposhing it because it's kind of a V neck -- so there is one button on the neck part, but other buttons actually start from the chest. I'm just not used to this deep V-neck design.
