The sweater is brand new with tags, but unfortunately was damaged somewhere along the line. It has several small holes around the back neckline, and at the lower front, and one small snag. This sweater would be absolutely perfection for someone who is crafty and could embellish it with embroidery. The very low price reflects the condition.
