This sharp looking pair of dress pants by Theory comes in a classic and versatile gray. They are flawed: there is a small hole in the area of the left outseam (see pic with me pointing). This should be a super easy fix, and is honestly hard to spot even as is and when being specifically looked for. The pants are otherwise in excellent pre-owned condition with no other noted defects. They still look great and appear to have a ton of life left in them.
