Theory “Demetria” trouser style, flare leg pant with elastic waistband (pull-on style, super comfy!). Drapey polyester fabric in Matte Twill (has a nice weight to it), in the color Greystone (a muted olive green color). Flat zippered pockets at sides and one flat back pocket. New with tags, never worn. Approximate measurements: length 43” from top of waistband to bottom hem, actual inseam is 33”. Waist measures approx 16” across front.
