Theia Black Lace Evening Gown

Like new. Never worn but has been hemmed. Selling because it's too small for me. I'm a size 4/6, 135 lbs and 5'4 for reference. Scalloped lace neckline and beautiful button detail on the back of the neck. I have misplaced the belt, but the belt loops are there if you wanted to add a ribbon or belt.
