jessicasmith836 @ndia30 hey! it appears to me that the top is a short sleeve or sleeveless jacket and it isn’t heavy at all. I am going to post a couple more photos with the top only in the pics and I hope you will be able determine whether it is a jacket or not in your opinion. It is navy w/ off white thin lines stitched throughout and the outfit it actually looked lightweight with both pieces of the outfit being made of (out shell says 94% polyester, 6% viscose rayon lining: 100% polyester. DRY CLEAN ONLY
