The figurine is the "Mommy In Training" figurine from the "Pretty as a Picture" collection by Enesco, based on the photography of Kim Anderson.  The figurine is made of porcelain bisque.  It was originally issued in January 1999.  The collection was produced by Enesco from 1996 to 2003.  The figurine depicts a girl in a pink dress and hat, sitting on a bench while holding a doll.
