the_way_we_wore @tobetha212 I’m sorry you are having difficulty with the Poshmark app. Unfortunately they do not currently offer phone support, so I recommend that you email them. It may take 48 hours to get a response, but they will get back to you. Although I would love to help you troubleshoot, my hands are tied. I am just an independent seller on their marketplace, I don’t control the app, payments or processes.

They are already packaged up for shipping (that’s how I store all my shoes for sale) but if you’re really serious about buying I will re-open them. I will tell you that I always wear an 8 and these fit me, but with the ankle strap you can probably adjust them?

In the app, when the other buyer sent your package with the new shipping label it showed tracking info so I could see it was delivered. For some reason I’m not seeing any tracking on their item, were you able to send that out? It is 100% possible that you did and the app is being glitchy, so wanted to check. Thanks so much, really appreciate your understanding.
