The Vatican Library Collection Bookmark with Praying Hands

The bookmark has praying angels' cameo on the front. On the back it says "St. Anthony Pray for us" and below that it is marked "The Vatican Library Collection" The praying hands look like they were attached to something. They do not have any markings. They are solid, possibly brass or pewter.
