mgraceelizabeth I had received a pair from Posh and the seller said they were 2.5 inches and they are actually 4.5 inches. :(

yankeek @mgraceelizabeth I hope this helps. I'm not really sure how the heel is measured. If I put the measures tape to the tallest point of the heel where it comes together with the shoe it was close to 3"
