It has antique brass snaps-. There are two chest pockets with brass snaps, two side pockets, and the sleeves have 2 brass snaps. My husband wears a large in jackets and this it a little big on him. It measures about 24.5 inches across the chest arm pit to arm pit. Gorgeous jacket- in good condition.
