Re: the box: it appears as though the supplied 'crayon' is what did the box in -- over the years game just sitting in the closet, the crayon must have melted into the box and on some of the paper money. I threw away remnants of the crayon but that's what happened to box (see picture). I've now placed all the parts to the game into plastic ziploc for protection. No crayon included.
