This compact disc is a digitally remastered edition produced by Max Wilcox. The cover art is by J.J. Stelmach, with cover sculpture by Miriam Brofsky. It includes the complete tracklist with timings as shown on the back cover. Original recordings were made in March and April of 1965 (previously unreleased). The CD was manufactured and distributed by BMG Music in New York, NY in 1987.
